Hi Everyone! Very excited about our upcoming CD. Here is a quick, 5-song medley that I put together. Hopefully, you can get an idea of what we’ve done with these recordings.

The Toy Trains will be back at The Mississippi Pizza Pub tomorrow (Saturday, June 18th) with a later than usual start time of 6PM. We’ll play until 6:45 or 6:50 and then my adult band “Vince Schreck & The Expendables” will take over. It’s really the same band playing my “adult” music, so we’ll be a bit louder, but it’s still suitable for older kids. It’s $5.00 for anyone over 12 years. Hope you can make it!
Thanks to everyone who came out to see us play at The Curious Comedy Theater as part of Kindiefest PDX 2011. It was a joy to play with Mo Phillips and Johnny and Jason. PDX Kids Calendar wrote a review of our performance here.

Great article (Vancouver Voice, Dyer-Seeley) about The Toy Trains (Facebook) and our upcoming show on Friday, February 11th at “Pop Culture” in Vancouver, WA. We’ll play from 5:30 to 6:30. This is a benefit for Harney Elementary School, so please join us for a fun evening. The venue has more space, and it’s our first time so we’d like to make a good impression. It’s a soda shop!
Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get over the I-5 bridge and to the gig. See you there!
